]]> Napoleon’s Last Headquarters is a museum open to all, located 4 km from the Lion’s Mound. This museum focuses on the events of the night of 17 to 18 June 1815 through testimonies and anecdotes from civilian and military life, all in an authentic setting.

The scenography of the museum has been particularly designed to welcome the youngest visitors by integrating playful (code game, riddles, itinerary) and educational elements. These allow children to approach and understand this period of history while having fun.

The museum has also been adapted to welcome people with reduced mobility, but also the deaf and hard of hearing as well as the visually impaired.

In addition to the many activities offered to families during the school holidays, the orchard and park adjacent to the museum host several events for the general public throughout the year.

Made by hand and in a natural way, Philomène’s products have delighted thousands of consumers for over 20 years.

Who is Philomène? Why is it called Pékêt? Is an aperitif with sage and poppy good? Does Pékêt Cannabis really exist?… How is it made? ». You’ll get all the answers during a guided tour which obviously ends with a tasting!

Guided tours & Tasting (5€/pers) by appointment on Sunday at 1pm.

For groups of at least 10 people other times are possible.

Envie de venir découvrir la beauté et l’histoire de Genappe ? Les guides du 38 vous emmènent en promenade dans Genappe et ses magnifiques villages. A pied ou à vélo, c’est vous qui choisissez ! Découverte du patrimoine bâti et des plus beaux panoramas de notre région, mais également des producteurs locaux.

Groupe de 8 personnes minimum et 25 personnes maximum. Nous pouvons faire plusieurs groupes. Réservation obligatoire auprès de la cellule patrimoine du 38 !
