Go on an adventure and discover the heritage with the Relais du visiteur: investigate the theft of Napoleon’s hat thanks to a bag full of clues, find your way back by reading a map, sharpen your sense of observation to manage to open treasure boxes, find secret caches thanks to GPS coordinates… These are all ways to walk in the great outdoors and learn more about everything around you!

Walk in the footsteps of the Emperor Napoleon and go back to 1815 at Napoleon’s Last Headquarters! The scenography of this small museum has been designed to include visitors from an early age. A playful route full of riddles and games guides children from room to room so that they can understand while having fun!

This is not a zoo… Give your children an extraordinary experience! No, L’Arche is not a zoo, it’s a refuge specialising in exotic animals. That’s why you’ll see bears, tigers, raccoons, and many other balls of fur and feathers that have been saved and entrusted to l’Arche while waiting for better days.

The Abbey of Villers and its surroundings are also ideal for a family walk, either inside the ruins or in the woods surrounding it. Take your children on a great leap into the past to discover the life of the Cistercian monks thanks to the fun activities offered by the abbey! After a day full of discoveries, take the time to quench your thirst at the Chalet de la Forêt: in summer, a bouncy castle is installed there!

A breakfast together, a barbecue in the garden, a tea-blanket-boardgames evening, a night of chatting… a weekend with the family is also taking the time to get together in a cosy place that can accommodate the whole troupe! This is for example the case of the Maison du Passavant, which can accommodate 15 people. Board games, garden games, kicker, and even a 6-bed dormitory are ready to collect your new family memories, all in the authentic decor of a superb square farmhouse.
